Jack is a seasoned technology solutions expert with 37 years of experience in the Corrections and Law Enforcement sectors.

His career includes a remarkable tenure at BI Incorporated, where he played a key role in driving the company’s growth from 100 to over 1,500 employees and increased revenue from $30 million to $500 million. Jack introduced over 25 new products, demonstrating his expertise in innovation and product development. As President from 2015 to 2023, he led corporate strategy and P&L, while also working closely with private equity and strategic buyers.

Prior to this, he held significant leadership roles in sales, marketing, and operations, including VP of Sales, Marketing, and Operations. Jack’s earlier career includes leadership positions at LifeLoc, Guardian Technologies, and Western Geophysical, where he gained a broad range of skills in sales and business development.

Outside of work, Jack enjoys an active lifestyle and serves as a volunteer firefighter.
