Marcus Day

Advisory Board Member

Marcus Day is a board advisor and consultant at Syght, focusing on computer vision AI, product management and operations.

Prior to joining Syght, Marcus served as Executive Vice President of Research and Development at ZeroEyes. At ZeroEyes, Marcus was co-inventor of ZeroEyes’ core technology and led a team of over 50 to deliver the most widely adopted AI visible weapon detection solution on the market.

Previously, Marcus worked at Amazon, Walmart and Pure Storage. He also lived, worked and studied in China for a total of seven years and speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese. He holds an MBA from Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Business, and an undergraduate degree in Linguistics from the University of Kansas.

Marcus resides in Fort Smith, Arkansas with his wife and two children. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, reading and coaching his kids’ sports teams.
