
Kathy Adams
Director of Customer Experience
Kathy Adams is the Director of Customer Experience and Stakeholder Relations. With over 20 years of technical experience, she has worked at Digital Equipment Corp, Motorola, Intel, and three startups. Her expertise spans research and development, high-volume manufacturing, product development and testing, and field customer support.
Kathy spent over two decades living and working in Latin America, first with Intel and later as the founder of Empowerment International (EI), an educational nonprofit supporting vulnerable children and youth. Through leading EI, she gained extensive experience in business leadership and operations, including management, accounting, marketing, and fundraising.
She studied electrical engineering at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, earned a certificate in nonprofit management from the University of Chicago, and studied Monitoring and Evaluation at Regis University. Fluent in Spanish, she currently resides in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where she enjoys photography, mountain biking, and hiking with her husband and two dogs.
