Bhawnesh C. Mathur is a Strategic Advisor with Syght, bringing over 25 years of executive leadership across technology, manufacturing, and health innovation. He currently serves as President of Proov, a leading femtech company advancing at-home hormone and fertility diagnostics, and sits on the Board of Advisors for 6e Technologies, a digital transformation and ERP consulting firm partnered with Oracle, IBM, and Accenture.

Over his career, Bhawnesh has served as CEO for more than 15 years, leading global electronics manufacturing companies including Masterwork Electronics, Creation Technologies, and EPIC Technologies. Earlier, he was Chief Supply Chain Officer for two public companies with revenues ranging from $10 billion to $30 billion, where he drove global sourcing, operational transformation, and supply chain excellence.

Bhawnesh is the past President and Chair of TiE Rockies and the Institute of Supply Chain Excellence (ISEI) at UC San Diego, mentoring entrepreneurs and executives worldwide.
